there are different treatments out there, you can try laser treatment. though dont i relish in the idea, but there have been success stories that you can read about in the net. you can opt to have a dermatologist take care of your skin but of course it depends if shes really good or not. there are also creams and gels that clear up your face. finding the bestacne cure can be really daunting. its just a matter of finding the right 'formula' that works for you, and sticking with it!

Hi everyone

I just wanted to let you all no about a product i have discovered that has cleared up my acne. I have suffered with acne for as long as i can remember and have tried most things on the market. Three months ago i took a chance and purchased a BeautySkin acne lamp, i cannot begin to describe the improvement it has had. My acne has gone! It has even helped to reduce the old acne scars and plump my skin. Its amazing!! I would reccomend it to anyone, ive attched a link to the site i brought mine from.

Hi- My name is Sara, I'm 26 years old, and I just wanted to say that I suffered terrible acne for nearly 10 years. I was sometimes too embarassed about my face to even go out with my friends and be social. I'd always hide from the light. One day last fall I decided I'd had enough. I started, on my own, using Cetaphil cleanser in combination with Aveeno Daily Scrub beads once a day in the shower. Once out and my face dry, I applied a pearl-sized amount of 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide all over, followed by a pearl-sized amount of Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion. To my amazement, my skin started clearing up right away. One to two months later, the redness/peeling had totally subsided, and I wasn't even getting ONE BLEMISH at all anymore. Occasionally, during my menstrual cycle, I'll see a tiny whitehead or two, but that's it!! I definately recommend also drinking tons of water, and not smoking or drinking excessively. I just want to tell people who've tried EVERYTHING, like I did for years, that this is the only regimen that has worked successfully for me. The key this time becoming clear was a little patience, and good products. I've also noticed my red spots (acne scars) progressively subsiding over time.

I just left the message bc some peopl are mean and make others fell bad...but when somebody try to laugh at me or try to meke me fell bad bc of my cane..I jut show my big graduation ring..im a professionl so..lets think about it..there are so many beautiful girls but with garbage on their brai...and i consider myself very attractive a The only things that i hate is that i had acne but other than that, the intelligence is important...and i acme to America 5 years ago, my english is not so good, but I did not care and used to cry so much i did not even wanted to go to school, my mothet, my friends and my bf where there 4 me helping me supporting me and now my face is not perfect but i love myself and i got all I wanted my diploma..so im sorry if i got u bored with this things but i dont like to hear people suffering bc of acne...just help urself to improve to gtet ride of acne...thank u very much now i have to go ...to work..i m sorry i did not write this very well but im rushing bye...take care god bless u and remeber beauty is inside...intelligence is what is gonna get us on the top!!!

I had cne since 19 nd i m 25 at the moment. I take antibiotics and it really help me. But let me tell you that i also follow all the steps to keep my skin nice and natural, I wear make up only for an especial event. i drink a lot of water, i do exersice and i avoid fried food. no chocolates, no peanet butter, no butter at all, even if I love it,oh also no porkkkk...it is the worst thing evr. And the most important i trust god, and i pray so my acne can be gone. Now I undersatnd that it is not cancer or hiv, it is just acne. in this world there are more serious problems to solve....just dont stress to much about, dont think about it, and u will see how it is gonna get better with the time. I remeber, back in the days as soon i wake up i used to go to the bathroom i stared at me for 25 minutes jajaja, is it not crazy?? yeahhh i know it is terrible, bc i wanted to be a model, and also now my bff for 3 years just proposed me ...so the most important thing is to love ourselves, respect ourselves.. let no suffer bc of this and i know bc it happened to me...and i still have acne only on my cheeks but...who cares...just trust one day it is gonna be gone...and we ll laugh at it..

Home Remedy for back acne: Use homemade Lye (Sodium Hydroxide) soap and add tea tree oil to it while making it. It does wonders for acne prone/oily skin. Will definitely improve your acne, and it softens skin.

1. Different foods cause pimples, and which foods is different for different people, e.g. can range from red wine to nuts to caffeineetc, But hey rather have pimples than oseoporosis without dairy products
