Lemon – why is it useful?

Orange peels, also abundant in vitamin C, are also useful for an acnehome remedy. With warm water, you can create a paste that can be used for both face and acne in other areas. Like lemon, it is a natural remedy with minerals for healthy skin.
Cucumber – not just for the eyes
Cucumber is another useful home remedy that is for both acne prevention and skin health afterwards. Its proteins and minerals keep skin firm, clean, and removes dead skin cells. Cucumber is 90 percent water which is useful for moisturizing.
How to make and use cucumber paste
Mix half a cucumber, an egg white, a tablespoon of lemon juice and a teaspoon of mint to form a paste. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and apply on face or affected area for 15 minutes. Wash with warm water, then cool water and dry.
Fenugreek leaves – a paste for curry and face
Another alternative is using fenugreek leaves. Fenugreek is a crop produced in China, Europe and the Middle East used for curry and spices.
Fenugreek leaves paste – apply before bedtime
Both the seeds and leaves can be used to form another thin paste that can be applied to the affected skin with cotton balls. It is best used at night before bedtime, or ten at night. Wash with warm water in the morning with a good moisturizer to prevent blackheads and pimples.
Other foodstuff acne home remedies
Rubbing raw garlic also soothes the skin while eating three seeds of it once a day can purify the blood and removes toxins to keep pimples and blackheads away. Even grated potato paste can help decrease blackheads.
Additionally, a mixture of rose water, aloe Vera oil and lavender oil can create a natural moisturizer to use before bed.
Eat well and do not touch
The most important thing is to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables with high vitamin and mineral content to repair damaged skin and avoiding touching your face or pimpled areas to avoid irritation and scarring.
