Salicylic Acid can help to clean your skin and kill the nasty bacteria, all without overdrying. Salicylic Acid is one of the most effective and yet underrated acne products. Get it from your doctor or hunt in your pharmacy for commercial products containing it.

Dalacin-T Gel
Dalacin-T is a calming antibiotic gel really help you in the war against bacteria. Apply Dalacin-T gel morning and night all over your face not just on affected areas to prevent the spread. Let me know what you think of Dalacin-T below!

Clay Mask
Get a good clay mask, almost any brand will do. It should clear out your pores and make you feel less oily. Use this once a week and don't leave it on for too long. If you are really greasing over then you can use a clay mask on specific areas twice a week if it makes you feel better. I personally rate Anthony's (for men)'s clay mask for both boys and girls!

Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree oil has been recommended as a great acne productby some of our readers for its antiseptic qualities. Myself, I have found tea tree oil a bit too strong, so of you have sensitive skin then just apply it on a small area first and see if it works for you.
Acne Products # 5
Concealer
Don't suffer any more than you need to. Find a good foundation and concealer. I suggest Lancome for foundation and MAC for concealers. You can wear makeup as long as you apply it in the cleanest way - fingers not sponges as they are heaven for bacteria. Also, you must clean your skin at night to make it as fresh as possible. Use a light crème cleanser and rinse with water.

there's another product similar to dacalin T. it's called topicil and it's slightly cheaper than dacalin T. Basically the content are the same. | |

i pity all of us acne sufferers.nothing seem to work.any change in medication work only for few wks and the bad guy P.acne quickly learns how to survive.well i hope to out grow it one day. | |

I just started with Dalacin T last night. It didn't really show any effect. Guess i'll have to wait a little longer to see the effects. I'm sick and tired of getting acne. I'm one of the sufferers who have suffered from 11 yrs and now 15 yrs. IT GIVES ME HELL and it's really REALLY ruining my teenage life. Sometimes I wish I had my friend's skin. It's so flawless. URGH! And they don't even have to care about their skin because they seldom break out, unlike me! :( | |

i have been on dalacin t for about two months now and at first it worked great but on my second bottle i noticed my acne coming back i am sick and tired of it. dont know what else to try. any advice? | |

I used Dalacin T last night for first time, my face was really really bad with big red marks and a couple of bumps. I put the lotion on, let it dry then put a splodge of cocoa butter over any red marks, I got up this morning and there is a 90% difference. I couldnt believe it. Tried so many things before that worked only so well but this was amazing!! | |

I've tried Dalacin T and it really worked. My dermatologist actually prescribed accutane along with Dalacin T and i'm seeing results. Just hope it will last even after i stopped taking the medication. [: | |

I had a doctors appointment when I was sick and to make the most of my appointment I decided to ask the doctor to throw in something for my acne on my prescription. Seeing that she had alreaady prescribed so many antibiotics already for what I was sick with she decided it was best that instead of an oral antibiotic for my acne, she prescribed something topical instead. She prescribed Dalacin T solution and because I had tried so many topical creams, gels etc (not neccessarily antibiotics) I thought this probably was not going to work. Well, guess what? It was the best darn thing she could have done! My acne is at bay, and skin as smooth as a babies bum. Works like a charm. Really. | |

Ok my advice and I have had spots for over 10 years and have tried almost everything, for women try dianette (it's a pill and it does work but takes 2-3 months. I didn't realise how good it was until I came off it for 8 months ( my back and face really flared up) -i'm back on it now !. Neutrogena is about your best bet for facewash and it is cheap . Ask your doctor for duac which is really good for individual spots. Drink lots of water - it really does help and avoid drinking a lot of fizzy drinks coke etc .To cover spots and acne scars try estee lauder maxium cover ( debenha**ell it) it is expensive but lasts ages and covers REALLY well - my boyfriend didn't even believe I had a skin problem !. PLEASE take make up off before going to bed though - makes a HUGE difference to how mnay spots you have - try neutrogena face wipes to remove make up. Lastly if you are prone to acne then don't expect anything to give you perfect skin as this probably won't happen but follow my advice and you will have skin you are a lot happier with :-) | |

Dalacin T Gel is absolutly the best product ever. I've used loads of different product such as Proative which totaly s***ed. So don't buy proactive it just a waste. | |

I just recently bought Delacin T solution in Mexico and in one week my face is clear. I am not quite sure if there might be a difference between the both, but it doesnt matter bc my face is now clear of acne and its horrible scars | |
