Back Acne TreatmentBack Acne Treatment

Back acne can be very uncomfortable so don't be shy to request back acne treatment.

The skin on your back is often tougher than the  other skin on your body. Therefore you can get away with using stronger treatments than on your relatively sensitive face. But that doesn't mean you should get carried away. Follow these simple steps before you get tough....

Tip#1

Switch to cotton shirts and move from polyester. Man made fibres can make you sweat more and this spreads the bacteria that causes spots.

Tip#2

Ditch your satin sheets (naughty you :)) and get more natural fibres that can keep you cool.

Tip#3

When you go to the gym make sure you shower immediately and always wear freshly washed clothes not old sweaties - you know who you are!

Tip#4

Wash thoroughly and exfoliate regularly.
If all of this does not lead to an improvement then you may need stronger action and serious acne treatment. So, I suggest hitting the Salicylic acid, head to your doctor. The main thing is not to get to violent with your acne treatment as this can lead to scarring and this can be avoided. Check out all our advice before you make your decision. Good luck!

Leave the people alone its bad enough people have to suffer from this infection. Get a life and stop tormenting everyone. If you were educated you would know to not cuss or show your rudness in a negative way.

Scrub it daily
Drink lots of good water, not tap.
Sunblock-oil free.
Exercise and shower immediately
Keep your hair off your back as much as possible, I know how it feels to let people get close to your back when its all scarred and ugly.
Meditate on love and acceptance
Eat the raw way-live foods

I found that applying the treatment to your back can be difficult if you don't have anyone to a**t you, or your too embarrassed to ask someone, as your treatment usually needs an applicator so you can reach all areas of your back. You can easily purchase one on eBay, just do a search for "back applicator". I'm using a product called Zenmed which is working wonders for me. Make sure you cleanse your skin before applying your treatment. Plenty of sleep, good diet and healthy food & exercise will also give you good results. A few days at the beach in the salt water & sun can sometimes work miracles for you to. Yes, and try to wear cotton as mentioned above, especially if your skin is sensitive to synthetic fibres, polyester etc. I can happily say that my acne has almost vanished, i hope you will be able to achieve the same results, all the best everyone!
