Best Acne Treatments - Tip #3Only tone if you have too. Limit your products to avoid over exposure to chemicals and bad reactions so you can tailor make them into the best acne treatments for you.Best Acne Treatments - Tip #4Moisturise with a light cream, nothing too greasy. Even if you feel oily enough, don't skimp on this as your skin needs moisturisation even in this nasty state.Best Acne Treatments - Tip #5If you are applying makeup - this is also for guys that are using concealer (nothing to be ashamed of by the way) use only the cleanest of makeup brushes or even better, your fresh fingers to apply. Chuck out all old manky brushes and stick to cotton wool buds. Don't wear makeup in the house so your skin can get as much air as possible but of course I understand that you need to cover up to face the world. I recommend Lancome foundations as they don't seem to clog the skin too much. A non comogenic powder, in plain English, a non clogging one is better than a thicker one, so do the switch if you can.ÂBest Acne Treatments - Difficult TipsThe following tips are more difficult to follow but well worth it -Don't touch your face EVER - only to clean your face when your fingers are brand spankingly clean. Avoid sweating - all the doctors tell you to keep excersising frantically, but frankly it's bull***. Change to yoga or less heated sports as sweat is not your best friend. Drink tonnes of water - also herbal teas. You need to help your body to pee all those nasty toxins out so get slurping. Reduce dairy and wheat foods - this is tough but with many people it really works. I don't buy that theory that what you eat and drink doesn't affect acne. Of course it does. Anyone that is serious about their acne treatment will do anything to help themselves. Stop smoking - all the best acne treatments in the world are not performing at their most powerful if you are sucking up fumes all day. Cut it out - and PS yes, it stinks. Anyone that has so little respect for their bodies and of those around them does not deserve to have good skin.

However, sebaceous glands on the back are larger and produce more oil than those on the face. These larger glands can produce more severe lesions such as nodules and cysts more frequently. The skin on the back is also much thicker than that on the face, sometimes making effective treatment more challenging. MikeHardly United States Posted at 7:23am on Monday, May 11th, 2009 As an individual, your age, your skin type, your gender and the type of acne you are suffering from, greatly impacts the results of the acne medication you use.
